We currently ship to all addresses within India. This includes:

  • All metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad)
  • All Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities
  • Small towns and villages across all states
  • Union Territories

Note: For remote locations, islands, or areas with limited courier service, delivery times may be extended. We'll notify you if there are any restrictions for your specific location.

6. Delivery Process

Our delivery process is designed to ensure your order reaches you safely:

Delivery Attempts:

  • Courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts
  • Each attempt will be notified via call/SMS
  • If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us
  • Returned orders are eligible for refund (minus shipping costs if applicable)

Delivery Requirements:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Include landmark details for easy location
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Keep your phone accessible for delivery updates

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations. Please check back soon or contact us for international shipping inquiries.

International Orders: For international customers, please contact our support team at support@celestialauraa.com for special arrangements.

8. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable for several reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient not available after multiple attempts
  • Failed security screening
  • Restricted delivery area

If Your Package is Returned:

  1. We will notify you via email
  2. You can choose to have the package re-shipped (additional shipping charges may apply)
  3. You can request a refund (minus original shipping costs if applicable)
  4. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

9. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Holiday Schedule:

During major holidays and festivals, order processing may take additional time. We will notify customers of any extended processing times during these periods.

10. Missing or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, occasionally packages may be damaged or lost in transit.

If Your Package is Damaged:

  • Do not accept the package if it appears damaged
  • Take photos of the damaged package
  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

If Your Package is Lost:

  • Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days
  • We will investigate with the courier company
  • If confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund
