At Celestial Auraa, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:
Email us at returns@celestialauraa.com or call +91 98765 43210 (Ext. 3) within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions within 24 hours.
Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We are happy to exchange items for a different product or size, subject to availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Important: For damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We cover all shipping costs for defective or damaged item returns.
If you receive the wrong item, we apologize for the error and will make it right immediately.

Currently, we do not accept international returns due to customs restrictions and high shipping costs. International customers should contact us before placing an order if they have concerns about product suitability.
International Customers: Due to customs regulations and shipping complexities, we cannot accept returns from international locations. Please ensure you understand our products before ordering.
Items marked as "Gift" when purchased can be returned for store credit. The store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
